At GeoInformatics Studio, safety is at the core of our work. Our commitment to creating safer streets and communities is highlighted by the Safer Streets Priority Finder, an innovative tool that Daniel led as the lead developer. This open-source application provides actionable insights for vulnerable road user safety analysis and prioritization.

The tool’s impact was recognized on an international stage, winning the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) Excellence in Transportation Award in Safety. As part of this effort, I had the privilege of engaging directly with White House Cabinet Members to discuss its implications for national safety policy and infrastructure planning.
